摘要:: [摘要]目的：比较不同连接方式在前牙基台美学修复治疗中的效果及预后。方法：选择2014年9月-2015年12月笔者医院口腔科
进行上颌美学区单牙种植的患者84例，以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统平台对接方式植入种植体，观察组
采用平台转换方式植入种植体。对两组患者单颗牙种植修复红色美学评分（PES）、骨吸收水平、探诊深度（PD）及治疗满意
度进行对比分析。结果：观察组的骨吸收量显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），且X线显示，观察组2年后复诊时骨水平显著优于对
照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组种植体软组织PES显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），且在2年后复诊时软组织美学评
分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的治疗满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。
结论：平台转换连接方式相较于传统基台连接方式能更有效地保留牙基台周围骨组织且美学效果较佳，具有较好的预后和治
疗满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To compare the effect and prognosis of different connection methods in the treatment of aesthetic
restoration of anterior abutment. Methods 84 patients with single-tooth implants in the department of maxillofacial aesthetic
in our department from September 2014 to 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random
number table.The control group was implanted with the traditional platform docking method, and the observation group was
implanted with the platform conversion method.The red aesthetic score (PES),bone resorption level,probing depth (PD) and
treatment satisfaction were compared in two groups. Results The bone resorption in the observation group was significantly
lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).The X-ray showed that the bone level of the observation group was significantly
better than that of the control group at the second visit (P ＜0.05).The PES of the soft tissues of the observation group was
significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05),and the soft tissue aesthetic score of the observation group
was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was
significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional abutment connection,
the platform transformation connection method can effectively preserve the bone tissue around the abutment and has better
esthetic effect,and has better prognosis and treatment satisfaction,which is worth widely popularizing in clinic.
