摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨一种以双蒂皮瓣加强覆盖尿道吻合口以降低再造阴茎尿瘘发生率的方法。方法：女复男性别重赋手术患
者，在掀起预置尿道的皮瓣形成阴茎体时，尿道口近端保留2cm皮肤，一期尿道旷置。二期尿道吻接时将此皮肤掀起形成双
蒂皮瓣，覆盖在尿道吻接口上。结果：3例患者吻合口均一期愈合，排尿通畅，无尿瘘及狭窄发生。结论：预置尿道的阴茎
再造术尿道口吻接采用本技术改进可以较好地避免尿瘘或狭窄问题的出现。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore a method of strengthening the coverage of urethral anastomosis with double pedicle skin flap
to reduce the incidence of urethral fistula. Methods In the initial stage femal-to-male sex reassignment surgery, a urethra was
preconditioned in the flap (lower abdominal or antelateral thigh).In the next stage of flap elevation for penis formation, a 2cm
of skin extension from the perineal-end orifice was included,serving as a skin cuff which will cover the later-stage anastomosis
of urethral orifices. Results A series of 3 cases employing this method all ended with good healing, no fistula nor stenosis.
Conclusion In cases of urethra-preconditioned flap phalloplasty, the described method has been clinically proven to be a good
way to prevent urethral fistula or stenosis.
