摘要:: [摘要]目的：了解上海市儿童医院手足口病后甲脱落的临床特征及病因分析。方法：回顾性研究2016年5月-2017年5月上海
市儿童医院皮肤科就诊的手足口病后甲脱落患儿，分析手足口病与甲脱落的关联性，发病间隔时间和临床表现等因素，并进
行临床特征分析。结果：1年间共收集152例手足口病后甲脱落患儿，其中男90例，女62例，男女比例1.45:1。手足口病后甲
脱落发病率为1.73%，平均发病年龄为（4.07±2.14）岁，其中3～5岁手足口病后甲脱落患儿发病率最高。手足口病发病至
甲脱落发病的间隔时间为（10.79±10.87）周。手足口病发病后4～8周为手足口病后甲脱落的高峰时期。夏季（6～8月）为
手足口病后甲脱落的高发季节，占总体患儿的51.97%。临床表现为甲根部的空泡化，Beau线和甲脱落。结论：手足口病后甲
脱落作为手足口病的远期并发症，具有自限性。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between onychomadesis and hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD),and
to revel the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of onychomadesis related with hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD).
Methods To analyze the clinical data of and interval time of onychomadesis after HFMD in a Shanghai Children’s Hospital
from May 2016 to May 2017 in our-patient of dermatologic department. Results There were 152 cases had onychomadesis
after HFMD, with 90 cases of male and 62 of female. The gender rate was 1.45 to 1, with the average age of onset was (4.07±2.14)
years old. The incidence rate of onychomadesis after HFMD was 1.73%, the peak age was 3-5 year old. The interval time
between hand-foot-and-mouth disease and onycholmadesis were (10.79±10.87) weeks. The peak interval time were 4-8
weeks. Summer (from June to Augest) was the high-occurrence season, which occupied 51.97% cases. Nail matrix appeared
laterigraded vacuolization, and become Beau’s line and onychomadesis. Conclusion As a long-term complication of handfoot-
mouth disease (HFMD), onychomadesis was self-limited.
