摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨Vitapex糊剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年10月-2016年10月笔者医院口
腔科就诊的60例(69颗患牙)年轻恒牙患者为研究对象，按随机数表法分为观察组(30例，36颗患牙)与对照组(30例，33颗患
牙)。两组均采用根尖诱导成形术进行治疗，其中观察组采用Vitapex糊剂作为根尖诱导剂，对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂作为根
尖诱导剂。比较两组总有效率、不同类型患者的有效率及患者美观满意度。结果：观察组治疗总有效率91.67%，显著高于
对照组的72.73%(P ＜0.05)；两组牙髓坏死患者的有效率分别为95.00%与89.47%(P ＞0.05)；观察组根尖周炎患者的有效率
87.50%，显著高于对照组的50.00%(P ＜0.05)；两组患者美观满意度比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：Vitapex糊
剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中同时兼具良好的抗菌活性、渗透性、流动性及X射线阻射性，便于临床操作与观察，与氢氧
化钙糊剂相比临床疗效更理想。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the value of Vitapex paste in apical angioplasty of young permanent teeth. Methods A total
of sixty patients (69 teeth) of young permanent teeth who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were
enrolled. Patients were divided into observation group (30 cases, 36 teeth) and control group (30 cases, 33 teeth) according to
the random number table method. Both groups were treated with apical angioplasty. The observation group used Vitapex
paste as the root tip inducer, and the control group used calcium hydroxide paste as the root tip inducer. The total effective
rate, the effective rate of different types of patients and the aesthetic satisfaction of patients were compared between the two
groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 72.73% in
control group (P ＜0.05). The effective rates of pulp necrosis in two groups were 95% and 89.47% (P ＞0.05). The effective
rate of patients with periapical periodontitis was 87.50% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 50.00%
in control group (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in aesthetic satisfaction between the two groups (P ＞0.05).
Conclusion Vitapex paste has good antibacterial activity, permeability, fluidity and X-ray resistance. It is easy to operate and
observe. Compared with calcium hydroxide paste, it has better clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
