摘要:
[摘要]目的：通过对“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”现代女性面部轮廓分析，为面部区域美容整形提供一定数
据支持的理论基础。方法：调查研究的时间为2018年6月-2018年12月，研究对象为100名现代年轻女性，年龄20～25岁，筛
选标准依据“现代汉族女性8种面型的分类标准”进行分类评定，由美容专家组成评定小组人员，筛选出 “椭圆形脸”10
名、“菱形脸”18名和“正三角形脸”20名，应用CT行颅面部扫描、三维重建，分析软硬组织的形态学参数，如骨性上
面宽，上面宽和骨性上中面宽指数等面部形态学参数。结果：“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”与“椭圆形脸”比较骨性上
面宽、上面宽、骨性上面宽指数、上中面宽指数差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和
“正三角形脸”的下面宽指数比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；“椭圆形脸”与“正三角形脸”骨性下面宽
指数比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”下中面宽指数比较有显
著差异，具统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”三者之间的咬肌长比较，无显著性差异
（P ＞0.05）；“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”咬长肌厚比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；
“椭圆形脸”与“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”的下颌角点颏前点距离比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；“椭圆
形脸”与 “正三角形脸”下颌角角度比较有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：通过对三种不同女性面部轮廓分析发现，公认
的漂亮脸型“椭圆形脸”与一般脸型“菱形脸”和“正三角形脸”之间参数存在一定差异。本研究从具体形态学参数方面为
美容医学提供依据，为面部轮廓进行改型提供了临床参考依据。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analysis differences facial parameters of "elliptical face", "diamond face" and "normal triangle face" of
modern young women, that providing a base of facial beauty and plastic surgery. Methods From June 2018 to December 2018,
100 cases of modern young women, aged rage 20 to 25 years. According classification criteria of 8 modes from Han women’s
face types. The research team was obtained 10 cases "elliptical face", 18 people with "diamond face" and 20 people with
"normal triangle face". The facial parameters was obatained with CT and 3D reconstruction and morphological parameters
were analyzed of facial parameters. Results The results showed that "elliptical face" compared with "diamond face" and
the "normal triangle face" have significant difference in parameters of upper width, the upper width, the upper width index,
and the upper middle width index (P ＜0.05). The elliptical face is significantly different the "diamond face" and the "normal
triangle face" of lower index of the "diamond face" and the "normal triangle face" (P ＜0.05);The "elliptical face" and
"normal triangle face" under the broadness index is significant different (P ＜0.05). The “elliptical face” and the “diamond
face” and the “normal triangle face” has a significantly difference of lower middle width (P ＜0.05); There was no significantly
difference in masseter muscle length between “diamond face”, “normal triangle face” and "triangular face" (P ＞0.05). The
"elliptical face", "diamond face" and "normal triangle face" biting the long muscle was significantly differences (P ＜0.05).
The mandibular angle distance have significant difference between the "elliptical face" and the "diamond face" and "normal
triangle face" (P ＜0.05).Shaped face and under the "triangular face" there was a significant difference in the angle of the jaw
angle (P ＜0.05). Conclusion This paper analyzes three different female facial features and finds facial parameters difference of
"elliptical face" and the general face type "diamond face" and "normal triangle face". This study provides a basis for aesthetic
medicine from aspect of specific morphological parameters, and clinical basis of cosmetic surgery based of beautiful face shape
and then modifying the facial contour.
