[摘要]整形外科专科医师规范化培训体系的建立是中国整形外科教育中亟需解决的重要问题之一，本研究基于笔者的留学经
历，在对哈佛大学医学院整形外科的住院医师培训体系进行梳理的基础上，提出其对中国整形外科专科医师培训体系的建立
启示，希望这一工作能够对中国整形外科专科医师的培训工作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:
Abstract: The establishment of standardized specialist training system for plastic surgeons is one of the most urgent problems
in plastic surgery education in China. Base on the authors’ visiting experience in Harvard, this study is based on the review of
the residency training system of plastic surgery in Harvard Medical School. It is proposed to enlighten the establishment of the
specialist training system for plastic surgerons in China. We hope this work can provide some guidelines for China.
