[摘要]目的：探讨自体肋软骨联合耳后旋转皮瓣矫正重度隐耳畸形的临床效果。方法：2016年7月-2019年2月对5例先天性重
度隐耳患者（5只患耳）取自体肋软骨雕刻成三片软骨片，移植并使耳廓上半部软骨多方向加厚及加强，充分减张后，耳后
旋转皮瓣转移至耳轮前覆盖外露软骨。结果：本组5例患者术后切口均愈合良好，耳廓外形挺立，形态佳，术后随访6～9个
月，形态稳定，均无复发，效果满意。结论：自体肋软骨加强重度隐耳患者薄弱及卷曲耳廓软骨上部，耳后皮瓣转移至前减
少皮肤张力，两者结合使重度隐耳畸形得以稳定矫正。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of autogenous costal cartilage combined with retroauricular rotation skin fl ap
for correction of severe cryptotia. Methods From July 2016 to February 2019, autogenous costal cartilage was taken from 5
patients (5 ears) with severe cryptotia and carved into three cartilage slices, after transplantation,the upper part of the auricle
was thickened and strengthened in multiple directions. After fully relieve tension, the retroauricular fl ap was rotatied to the front
of the ear to cover the exposed cartilage. Results In the group, 5 cases（5 ears）the incision healed well in, the shape of the
auricle was standing upright and the shape was good. There was no recurrence with followed up from 6 months to 9 months. All
patients achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Autogenous costal cartilage can strengthen the upper part of weak and curly
auricle cartilage in patients with severe cryptotia, and the posterior auricular fl ap can be transferred to the anterior part to reduce
the skin tension. The combination of the two can stabilize the correction of severe cryptotia.
