[摘要]目的：探讨眶脂肪弓状缘释放联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊行下睑袋整形的美学效果。方法：选择笔者医院2017年2月-2018
年1月行下睑袋整形术的60例中老年女性患者资料，采用眶脂肪切除法患者纳入对照组（29例，58眼），采用眶脂肪弓状缘
释放联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊法纳入研究组（31例，62眼），术后6个月比较两组患者术后临床疗效及美学修复满意度。结
果：研究组患者术前泪槽沟及眶颊沟分级比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；术后两组患者泪槽沟及眶颊沟分级均较术前
下降，研究组泪槽沟及眶颊沟分级低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组年轻化分级比较优于对照组，差异
具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。对照组患者美学满意率为69.0%，研究组患者美学满意度为95.2%，组间比较差异具有统计学意
义(P ＜0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为6.9%，研究组并发症发生率为4.8%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：
眶脂肪弓状缘释放联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊行下睑袋整形能够有效改善中老年女性眼部老化形态，达到眼部年轻化效果，具有
较高的美学满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of orbital fat arcuate margin release combined with orbital myofascial
ligament suspension lower eyelid blepharoplasty in lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 60 middle-aged and elderly women
with lower eyelid blepharoplasty in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected. The patients with orbital fat
excision were included in the control group (29 cases, 58 eyes). The patients with orbital fat arcuate margin release combined
with orbital muscle fascial ligament suspension were included in the study group (31 cases, 62 eyes). Clinical effi cacy and
aesthetic satisfaction were compared between study group and control group at six months after operation. Results There
was no significant difference in the classification of lacrimal groove and orbital buccal groove in the study group before
operation(P ＞0.05). The classifi cation of lacrimal groove and orbital buccal groove in the study group was lower than those in
the control group, the differences were statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The study group was better than the control group in
the younger classifi cation(P ＜0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction rate of the control group was 69.0%, lower than that of the study
group(95.2%, P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications was 6.9% in the control group and 4.8% in the study group, there was
no signifi cant difference between groups(P ＞0.05). Conclusion That orbital fat arcuate margin release combined with lower
eyelid blepharoplasty by suspension of orbital muscle and fascial ligament can effectively improve eye aging of middle-aged
and elderly women, achieve eye rejuvenation effect, and have high aesthetic satisfaction.
