[摘要]目的：探讨地佐辛联合丙泊酚用于假体隆乳手术的镇痛效果。方法：选取笔者医院行假体隆乳手术的患者60例，随机
分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组予以瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉，观察组予以地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉，麻醉后均行假
体隆乳术。观察并比较两组患者麻醉效果、术后疼痛、镇静及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组麻醉总有效率为96.67%，显著
高于对照组的73.33%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后6h、12h、24h，观察组患者VAS评分及Ramsay评分均显著低于对
照组，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为16.67%，显著低于对照组的70.00%，差异具有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：地佐辛联合丙泊酚能够达到更满意的麻醉效果，避免患者出现麻醉过度，降低患者术后并发症的
发生率及疼痛情况。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in augmentation mammaplasty.
Methods 60 patients with augmentation mammaplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the observation
group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with remifentanil and propofol, the observation group was
anesthetized with dezocine and propofol. Augmentation mammaplasty with prosthesis was performed in both groups. The
anesthesia effect, postoperative pain, sedation and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results
The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the
control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). At 6h, 12h and 24h after operation, the VAS and
Ramsay scores in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). The total incidence
of postoperative complications in the observation group was 16.67%, signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(70.00%,
P ＜0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol can achieve a more satisfactory anesthetic effect, avoid over
anesthesia in patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and pain in patients.
