摘要:
[摘要]医学摄影对于整形外科学科发展具有重要意义。虽然整形外科摄影标准已经提出多年，但目前标准化摄影记录的手术
案例仍较少，且医学参考性较差。能按照摄影标准的要求熟练记录医学影像资料是整形外科医生的基本职业素养。一致性是
衡量整形外科摄影质量的最重要因素，也是标准化的重要前提。做好拍摄前准备、重视标准化构图、妥善管理与使用摄影资
料等都有助于保持一致性与实现标准化摄影。同时，随着3D成像技术、视频技术和云技术等在整形外科摄影的应用，整形外
科的标准化摄影也面临着很多新的机遇与挑战。

Abstract:

Abstract: Medical photography is of indispensable importance to the development of plastic surgery. Although the standards
for photography in plastic surgery has been established for years, there are still few surgical cases recorded by standardized
photography, and the medical reference quality is poor. Proficiency in recording medical imaging data in accordance with
the requirements of photographic standards is a necessary professional accomplishment for plastic surgeons. Consistency
is the most important factor to evaluate the quality of plastic surgery photography, and is also an important prerequisite for
standardization. Well post-shooting preparations, emphases on standardized composition, proper management and application
of photographic data are conducive to maintaining the consistency and achieving standardized photography. Meanwhile, with
the application prospects of three-dimensional imaging technology, video technology, and cloud technology in plastic surgery
photography, the standardization of which also will face various of opportunities and challenges.
