[摘要]目的：分析前牙修复后口腔颌面部功能（咀嚼、吞咽、言语、感觉）的影响因素，了解前牙修复后对影响人群审美评
价的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析在笔者医院口腔科就诊的102例前牙修复患者的病历资料。选取150名外貌正常，具备完
整审美能力的普通人作为评价者，根据李克特量表对患者形象进行评分。采用单因素分析和多元Logistic回归模型分析前牙
修复后口腔颌面部功能和审美评价的影响因素。结果：单因素分析显示，年龄、BMI、吸烟、不良习惯或使用不当、前伸牙合
接触、菌斑指数、修复体颈缘位置均与影响前牙修复后口腔颌面部功能有关（P ＜0.05）。评价者年龄、学历，患者年龄、
BMI、基牙着色程度、微笑位唇线的位置、牙龈缘的对称性均与审美评价有关（P ＜0.05）。多因素Logistic分析显示，不良
习惯或使用不当、前伸牙合接触、修复体颈缘位置是前牙修复后口腔颌面部功能的独立影响因素（P ＜0.05）。评价者年龄，
患者BMI、基牙着色程度、牙龈缘的对称性均是审美评价的独立影响因素（P ＜0.05）。结论：前牙修复后口腔颌面部功能
与不良习惯或使用不当、前伸牙合接触、修复体颈缘位置有关；前牙修复后的审美评价与评价者年龄，患者BMI、基牙着色程
度、牙龈缘的对称性有关。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the influencing factors of oral and maxillofacial function (Chewing, swallowing, speaking,
feeling) after anterior teeth restoration, and understand the influence factors of aesthetic evaluation after anterior teeth
restoration. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with anterior teeth restoration in our hospital were analyzed
retrospectively. 150 ordinary people with normal appearance and complete aesthetic ability were selected as evaluators, and the
images of patients were rated according to Likert Scale. The univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression model were
used to analyze the influencing factors of oral and maxillofacial function and aesthetic evaluation after anterior teeth restoration.
Results The univariate analysis showed that age, body mass index (BMI), smoking, bad habits or improper use, premature
contacts in protrusive occlusion, plaque index and neck margin of prosthesis were all related to the oral and maxillofacial
functions after anterior teeth restoration (P ＜0.05). The age and education of the evaluator, the age, BMI, degree of staining
of abutment teeth, position of lip line in smile position and the symmetry of gingival margin of the patient were all related
to aesthetic evaluation (P ＜0.05). The multivariate Logistic analysis showed that bad habits or improper use, extension and
occlusion contact and neck margin of prosthesis were the independent influencing factors of oral and maxillofacial function after
anterior teeth restoration (P ＜0.05). The age of the evaluator, the BMI, degree of staining of abutment teeth and the symmetry
of gingival margin of the patient were the independent influencing factors of aesthetic evaluation（P ＜0.05). Conclusion The
oral and maxillofacial function after anterior teeth restoration is related to bad habits or improper use, extension and occlusion
contact and neck margin of prosthesis. The aesthetic evaluation after anterior teeth restoration is related to the age of evaluator,
the BMI, degree of staining of abutment teeth and the symmetry of gingival margin of the patient.
