摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨微创拔牙后临时义齿诱导牙龈成形对前牙种植体周围软组织齿龈美学效果的影响。方法：选择2017年1
月-2017年12月在笔者医院行前牙种植的60例患者为研究对象。随机分为研究组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规拔牙
处理，研究组采用微创拔牙、牙龈成形术以及临时义齿技术，两组均在牙齿拔除6个月后，牙龈组织恢复良好稳定成熟后行
二期种植体永久修复。比较两组患者种植体永久修复1年后理想的牙龈乳头比例、牙槽骨吸收度、种植体稳定度及植体修复
优良率，牙龈美学效果。结果：种植体修复1年后研究组理想牙龈乳头比例高于对照组(P ＜0.05)，牙槽骨吸收度低于对照
组(P ＜0.05)，种植体稳定度高于对照组(P ＜0.05)。牙龈红色美学评分（PES）高于对照组(P ＜0.05)。结论：微创拔牙后临
时义齿诱导牙龈成形可有效保护修复区软组织，提高种植体修复质量及牙龈美学效果。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of gingivoplasty induced by temporary denture after microinvasive extraction on
soft tissue around anterior implant and gingival aesthetics. Methods 60 patients with anterior teeth implant in our hospital were
selected as the study object from January 2017 to December 2017 and randomly divided into study group and control group,
there was 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group was treated with conventional extraction,patients in study group
was treated with minimally invasive extraction,gingivoplasty and temporary denture technology, second stage implants were
permanently repaired in two group after six months after tooth extraction when gingival tissues were restored to good stability
and maturity. The gingival papilla index, alveolar bone absorptivity and implant stability were compared between control group
and study group after one year. Results Gingival papilla index was better in study group than that in control group at one
year after implant repair(P ＜0.05), alveolar bone absorption was lower in study than in control group (P ＜0.05), and implant
stability was higher in study group thanin control group (P ＜0.05). gingival aesthetic effect was better in study group than in
control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive gingivoplasty combined gingivoplasty induced by temporary denture
after microinvasive extraction can effectively protect soft tissue and alveolar bone, improve the quality of implant repair and
gingival aesthetic effect.
