[摘要]转化生长因子-β(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)超家族是一类能调节细胞功能及参与疾病发生的蛋白,具
有多种生物学功能,在炎症及修复方面也有重要的表现,包括有TGF-β、骨形成蛋白(Bone morphogenetic protein, BMP)、
生长分化因子(Growth differentiation factor,GDF)及激活素(Activin,ACT)等,它们具有相似的结构并通过相应的受
体进行信号传导。正畸源性牙根吸收是一种无菌性炎症反应,其发生机制与骨吸收相似。TGF-β对正畸源性根吸收有着调控
和促进修复的作用;BMP对牙周组织的改建及正畸源性牙根吸收的早期修复有促进作用;GDF对骨代谢具有调节作用;ACT则
参与了牙周组织愈合和骨的形成等。本文就TGF-β超家族成员在正畸源性牙根吸收中发挥的作用进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract: TGF-β superfamily is a kind of proteins that can regulate cell function and participate in disease.It has a variety of
biological functions,and also has important manifestations in inflammation and repair,including TGF-β,BMP,GDF,ACT and so
on. They have similar structures and carry out signal transduction through corresponding receptors.Orthodontic Induced Root
Resorption is a kind of aseptic inflammation, and its mechanism is similar to that of bone resorption. TGF-β can regulate and
promote the repair of orthodontic root resorption,BMP can promote the remodeling of periodontal tissue and early repair of
orthodontic root resorption,GDF can regulate bone metabolism, and ACT is involved in periodontal tissue healing and bone
formation.This article reviews the roles of TGF-β superfamily members in Orthodontic Induced Root Resorption.
