[摘要]目的：探讨自体颗粒脂肪移植联合小针刀在面部年轻化中的应用价值。方法：将2017年6月-2019年8月笔者医院的面
部老化患者102例随机分为研究组和对照组，各51例，对照组给予自体颗粒脂肪移植治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合小针
刀治疗，观察比较两组治疗后的面部年轻化视觉效果与美容效果满意率，比较两组治疗前后皮肤生理指标（黑色素、红色
素、水合度）和视觉模拟评分指标（皮肤皱纹、纹理、毛孔）的变化情况，以及治疗后随访3个月内的不良反应发生情况。
结果：治疗后，研究组面部年轻化视觉效果、美容效果满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组皮
肤黑色素、红色素值明显低于对照组，水合度明显高于对照组，皮肤皱纹、纹理、毛孔评分均明显低于对照组，且随访期间
不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：自体颗粒脂肪移植联合小针刀治疗能显著提高
面部年轻化的临床效果，同时具有一定美白锁水效果，且具有较高的治疗安全性。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application value of autologous fat granule transplantation combined with small needleknife
in facial rejuvenation. Methods During the period from June 2017 to August 2019, 102 patients with facial aging in the
hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was
treated with autologous fat granule transplantation, while the study group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation
combined with small needle-knife. The satisfaction rates of cosmetic effect after treatment were observed and compared
between the two groups. The changes in skin physiological indexes (melanin, red pigment, hydration) and score indexes of
visual analogue scale (VAS) (skin wrinkles, texture, pores) before and after treatment, and occurrence of adverse reactions
within 3 months of follow-up after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, satisfaction
rate of cosmetic effect in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically
signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Melanin and red pigment values were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The
degree of hydration was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). The scores of skin wrinkles, texture and
pores were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). And the incidence of adverse reactions in the followup
period was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation
combined with small needle-knife can signifi cantly improve clinical effect of facial rejuvenation, with certain whitening and
water-locking effects, and relatively higher treatment safety.
