摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨醋酸曲安奈德联合氟尿嘧啶通过闪耀离子束透皮给药治疗颜面部术后早期瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：选择笔
者医院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的80例颜面部色素痣切除术后患者为研究对象。随机分为A、B两组。A组：予以外用硅酮
凝胶治疗干预；B组：醋酸曲安奈德联合氟尿嘧啶通过闪耀离子束透皮给药治疗后，再进行外用硅酮凝胶治疗干预。并对比
治疗前及治疗后1周、2周、1个月、3个月后两组患者的治疗效果。结果：B组患者瘢痕治疗有效率明显高于A组,其差异具有
统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。A组个别患者瘢痕增生明显。用药期间，B组患者满意度较高，两组患者均未出现过敏反应。结论：
醋酸曲安奈德联合氟尿嘧啶通过闪耀离子束透皮给药治疗有利于术后瘢痕恢复，可以减少瘢痕增生的概率。闪耀离子束透皮
给药技术不仅使患者接受治疗期间有较好的治疗感受，同时具有安全、易操作及疗效佳等特点，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transdermal administration of triamcinolone acetate and fl uorouracil
with glittering ion beam device in treatment of early facial scar. Methods 80 patients with facial pigmented nevus treated in our
hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were involved in this study. They were randomly divided into A and B groups.
Patients in group A were treated with silicone gel. Patients in group B were treated with transdermal drug delivery combined
with triamcinolone acetate with glittering ion beam device, and then treated with external silicone gel. The therapeutic effects of
two groups were compared before and 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 months and 3 months after treatment. Results The effective rate of
scar treatment in group B was signifi cantly higher than that in group A, and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05).
In group A, scar hyperplasia was obvious in individual patients. During the medication period, the satisfaction of group B was
higher, and there was no allergic reaction in both groups. Conclusion Transdermal delivery with glittering ion beam device
combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate and fl uorouracil is benefi cial to the recovery of scar after operation, which can
reduce the probability of scar hyperplasia. This technique not only makes patients feel better during treatment, but also has the
characteristics of safety, easy operation and good curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
