摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察射频联合透明质酸钠复合溶液填充改善眼周老化症状的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者医院皮肤科2020年1
月-2020年5月就诊的眼周老化就医者84例，采用眼周射频与透明质酸钠复合溶液注射填充联合治疗，随访观察就医者上睑皮
肤松弛、上睑凹陷、眼周皱纹、眶下区凹陷等的改善程度及不良反应发生情况。结果：所有就医者治疗后的上睑皮肤松弛、
上睑凹陷、眼周皱纹、眶下区凹陷情况均较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。84例就医者总体满意率为
94.0%，不良反应发生少，处理后均好转。结论：眼周射频联合透明质酸钠复合溶液填充改善眼周老化症状临床疗效佳，安
全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency combined with sodium hyaluronate compound solution
in improving periorbital aging symptoms. Methods 84 cases of periorbital aging hospitalized in dermatology department of
our hospital from January 2020 to May 2020 were selected and treated by radiofrequency combined with injecting sodium
hyaluronate compound solution. The improvement degree and adverse situation of upper eyelid skin relaxation, upper eyelid
depression, periorbital wrinkles and infraorbital depression were followed up and observed. Results The upper eyelid
skin relaxation, upper eyelid depression, periocular wrinkles and infraorbital depression of all patients after treatment were
significantly improved compared with those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The
overall satisfaction rate of 84 patients was 94.0%, the incidence of adverse reactions was less, and they all improved after
treatment. Conclusion The periorbital radiofrequency combined with sodium hyaluronate compound solution is effective, safe
and reliable in improving periorbital aging symptoms, and is worthy of clinical application.
