[摘要]目的：探讨非交联透明质酸联合氨甲环酸对外伤性色素沉着患者的美容修复效果。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年3月
笔者医院收治的外伤性色素沉着患者作为研究对象，共70例，按随机数字表法分为试验组（n =35）、对照组（n =35）。对照
组给予离子喷雾导入、局部外用壳聚糖中药面膜进行治疗，试验组给予非交联透明质酸联合氨甲环酸进行治疗，两组均
治疗6个月。比较两组治疗6个月后的美容修复效果，治疗前、治疗3、6个月后的皮肤色素程度、皮肤色素沉着面积及治
疗期间不良反应发生率。结果：治疗6个月后，试验组美容修复总有效率高于对照组（94.29% vs 77.14%），差异有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗3、6个月后，两组皮肤色素程度评分均呈逐渐降低趋势，且试验组均低于
对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组皮肤色素沉着面积均呈逐渐缩小趋势，且试验组均小于对照组（P ＜0.05）。治疗期间，两组不
良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（8.57% vs 20.00%，P ＞0.05）。结论：非交联透明质酸联合氨甲环酸可明显减轻外伤
性色素沉着患者皮肤色素程度，缩小其皮肤色素沉着面积，进而有助于提高美容修复效果，且安全性好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the cosmetic repair effect of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with tranexamic
acid for patients with traumatic pigmentation. Methods A total of 70 patients with traumatic pigmentation admitted to our
hospital between March 2019 and March 2020 were selected as the research object, they were divided into the test group
(n =35) and the control group (n =35) according to the random number table. The control group was treated with ion spray
and topical chitosan Traditional Chinese Medicine mask. The test group was treated with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid
combined with tranexamic acid. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The cosmetic repair effect after 6 months of treatment,
the degree of skin pigmentation, the skin pigmentation area before and after 3, 6 months of treatment, and the incidence of
adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total
effective rate of cosmetic repair in the test group was higher than the control group (94.29% vs 77.14%), the difference
was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Compared with before treatment, after 3, 6 months of treatment, the skin pigmentation
scores in the two groups showed a gradually decrease trend, and the test group were lower than the control group (P ＜0.05).
The skin pigmentation area in the two groups showed a gradually reduce trend, and the test group were smaller than the control
group (P ＜0.05). During treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two
groups (8.57% vs 20.00%, P ＞0.05). Conclusion The non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with tranexamic acid could
significantly reduce the skin pigmentation of patients with traumatic pigmentation, reduce the skin pigmentation area, and then
help improve the cosmetic repair effect with high safety.
