摘要:: [摘要]白芨作为一种珍惜的传统中药材，含有多种有效的化学成分，具有生肌治疮、收敛止血的功效，具有很高的药用价值及经济价值。现代药理研究表明，白芨具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、止血及促进创面愈合的作用。目前临床上用于脑出血、阴道出血、气道出血、消化道溃疡、溃疡性结肠炎、肛瘘、肛周脓肿、结核病及黄褐斑的治疗。本文通过检索相关文献，针对白芨的上述功效进行归纳总结，为白芨的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:: Abstract: Bletilla striata, as a cherished Traditional Chinese Medicine, contains a variety of eff ective chemical components, which has the eff ects of muscle building, sores treatment, astringency and hemostasis, and has high medicinal and economic value.Modern pharmacological studies show that Bletilla striata has antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, hemostasis and promoting wound healing.At present, it is clinically used for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, vaginal hemorrhage,airway hemorrhage,gastrointestinal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, anal fistula, perianal abscess, tuberculosis and chloasma.In this paper, by searching relevant literatures, the above eff ects of Bletilla striata are summarized, which can provide reference for further development and utilization of Bletilla striata.?/html>
