摘要:
目的：探讨儿童唇部静脉畸形硬化治疗的临床效果及并发症分析。方法：7例唇部静脉畸形患儿，采取先予聚多卡醇泡沫，后予无水乙醇联合硬化治疗方案，治疗后，分析其疗效及并发症。结果：所有患儿均取得良好的治疗效果，但也出现黏膜溃疡及术区肿胀等并发症。结论：儿童唇部静脉畸形应用聚多卡醇泡沫联合无水乙醇硬化治疗效果良好，但也有一定的风险。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effects and complications of sclerotherapy for lip venous malformations in children. Methods Seven children with venous malformation of the lips were treated with polidocanol foam first combined with absolute ethanol,the efficacy and complicationgs were analyzed. Results All children in this group achieved good therapeutic effects, but complications such as mucosal ulcers and swelling of the operation area also occurred. Conclusion The application of polidocanol foam combined with absolute ethanol in children with venous malformations of the lips has a good effect, but there are certain risks.
