目的：探究运用Damon自锁托槽不拔牙矫治女性牙列拥挤患者的疗效及唇型变化。方法：选取2015年12月-2019年12月笔者医院口腔诊疗中心收治的120例不拔牙矫正女性患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（62例）和对照组（58例），对照组采用传统托槽不拔牙矫治，观察组采用Damon自锁矫治。观察矫治6个月后两组头颅侧位片、模型及牙弓变化及拆除托槽后唇部软组织变化情况。结果：治疗后，观察组上下颌尖牙、第一前磨牙、第二前磨牙及磨牙宽度、上下牙弓周长均大于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，对照组上颌尖牙、上下颌第一前磨牙及上下颌第二前磨牙宽度、上下牙弓周长均大于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而上下颌磨牙宽度、下颌尖牙宽度与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组与对照组上下颌尖牙、上下颌第一前磨牙、上下颌第二前磨牙及上下颌磨牙宽度，上下牙弓周长比较差异无统计意义（P＞0.05）。拆除托槽后，观察组LL＇-X小于治疗前（P＜0.05），即治疗后LL＇-X少于治疗前约1.35 mm。结论：Damon自锁矫治对不拔牙矫正女性患者有扩弓作用，一定程度上可改变下唇软组织。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Damon self-locking brackets with non-extraction in the treatment of female patients with crowded dentition and changes in lip shape. Methods A total of 120 non-extraction orthodontic female patients admitted to dental clinic of our hospital from December 2015 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divide into observation group (62 cases) and control group (58 cases). The control group was treated with traditional brackets without extraction, and the observation group was treated with Damon self-locking treatment. The changes of lateral cephalograms, models and dental arch were observed after 6 months of treatment, and the changes of lip soft tissue after removal of brackets were observed. Results After treatment, the widths of the upper and lower canines, the first premolars, the second premolars, the width of molars, and the circumference of the upper and lower dental arches in the observation group were larger than before treatment (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the width of the maxillary canines, the maxillary and mandibular first premolars, the maxillary and mandibular and mandibular second premolars, and the circumference of the upper and lower dental arches were larger than those before treatment (P＜0.05), while the width of the upper and lower molars and the width of the mandibular canine were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance in the width of the upper and lower canines, the upper and lower first premolars, the upper and lower second premolars and the upper and lower molars (P＞0.05). After removing the brackets, the LL＇-X was smaller than before treatment in observation group (P＜0.05), and postoperative LL＇-X was less than about 1.35 mm before treatment. Conclusion Damon self-locking treatment has a certain arch expansion effect in female patients without extraction, which can change the soft tissues of the lower lip to a certain degree
