大麻素在皮肤相关领域的应用研究进展-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: 作为具有多种药理活性的化合物，大麻素在机体中的作用越来越多地被挖掘。近年来，随着皮肤多种细胞内源性大麻素系统（Endocannabinoid system,ECS）的发现，大麻素在皮肤疾病以及皮肤美容中的作用机制得到了广泛研究，这些基础研究与临床观察为大麻素的应用提供了理论依据。本文综述了目前大麻素在效应细胞以及皮肤疾病等一系列病理变化中的研究成果和现阶段存在的问题，以期为大麻素的研发应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:: As a compound with multiple pharmacological activities, the role of cannabinoids in the body is increasingly being explored. In recent years, with the discovery of the endocannabinoid system in various cells of the skin, the mechanism of action of cannabinoids in skin diseases and skin beauty has been extensively studied. These basic research and clinical observations provide theoretical basis for the application of cannabinoids.
