摘要:
目的:评价在腓骨肌皮瓣修复下颌骨缺损手术中应用数字化导板技术的效果。方法:结合临床数据及Meta分析共同评价数字化导板技术修复下颌骨缺损的优势。结果:数字化导板技术可显著降低手术时间和住院时间,显著减少术前术后髁顶点、下颌角及颏点位移,改善张口度,在美观、发音及咀嚼术后满意度方面两种术式没有显著性差异。结论:数字化导板技术可提升手术效率,实现下颌骨重建的精准治疗,改善张口度,在术后满意度方面和传统术式比较两者相当。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of digital guide plate on repairing mandibular defect with free fibula flap. Methods Combined with clinical data and Meta analysis, the advantages of digital guide plate in repairing mandibular defects were evaluated. Results Digital guide plate technology can significantly reduce operation time, hospital stay,significantly reduce the moving distances of the mandibular landmarks,and improve the mouth opening.There is no significant difference between the two methods in terms of satisfaction. Conclusion It is suggested that digital guide plate technique can improve the accuracy and efficiency of mandibular reconstruction.
