目的：探讨小切口去脂联合埋线重睑术与传统切开重睑术分别在青年和中年女性中的临床应用。方法：回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年12月在笔者医院行重睑手术女性就医者的资料，共160例被纳入研究。其中青年女性（18～40岁）80例、中年女性（41～55岁）80例，根据手术方式的不同及纳入和排除标准各再分为对照组和观察组，每小组40例，均以传统切开重睑术作为对照组，以小切口去脂联合埋线重睑术作为观察组，随访术后3～6个月，评估术后恢复时间、并发症、就医者是否满意等情况，来综合分析小切口去脂联合埋线重睑术分别在青年和中年女性的临床效果。结果：各年龄段观察组术后恢复时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。青年组内观察组并发症少于对照组（2.5% vs 17.5%），满意度高于对照组（97.5% vs 85.0%，均P＜0.05）。中年组内观察组并发症多于对照组（35.0% vs 15.0%），满意度低于对照组（67.5% vs 87.5%，均P＜0.05）。结论：青年女性行小切口去脂联合埋线重睑术临床效果较好，应优先作为首选术式；而中年女性权衡考虑应选择传统切开重睑术为宜。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision liposuction combined with embedding suture double eyelid plasty and traditional incision blepharoplasty in young and middle-aged women. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 160 women patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital between January 2018 to December 2020. Eighty young women (18 ～40 years old) and 80 middle-aged women (41～55 years old) were separately studied and each was divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40), according to different surgical methods and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The control group was treated with traditional incision blepharoplasty, and the observation group was treated with small incision liposuction combined with embedding suture plasty. Both groups were followed up for 3～6 months. The clinical effect of small incision liposuction combined with embedding suture double eyelid plasty in young and middle-aged women was comprehensively analyzed, by evaluating the postoperative recovery time, complications, and satisfaction, etc. Results The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group for each age group (all P＜0.05). In the youth group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (2.5% vs 17.5%), and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (97.5% vs 85.0%, all P＜0.05). However, In the middle-aged group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (35.0% vs 15.0%), and the satisfaction was lower than that in the control group (67.5% vs 87.5%, all P＜0.05). Conclusion Small incision liposuction combined with embedding suture double eyelid plasty has good clinical effect in young women, and should be taken as the first choice, while the traditional incision blepharoplasty could be chosen by middle-aged women through careful considerations.
