摘要:
目的：探究同步激励理论结合精细面部护理在面部烧伤患者治疗中的应用效果及对其伤残接受度、歧视感及希望水 平的影响。方法：选择2018年1月-2021年12月来笔者医院就诊的面部烧伤患者98例，按照随机数表法，将其分为观察组 （n=49）和对照组（n=49）。对照组采用精细面部护理，观察组采用同步激励理论结合精细面部护理，比较两组干预前后的 心理弹性评分（Connor-Davidson resilience scale，CD-RISC）、伤残接受度评分(Acceptance of disability scale， AODS)、歧视感、希望水平、视觉疼痛模拟评分（Visual analogue scale，VAS）及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）情况。结果：干预后，两组坚韧性、力量性及乐观性评分均高于干预前，且观察组各评分均 高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组AODS评分、希望水平评分均高于干预前，且观察组均高于对照组，差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组歧视感评分、VAS评分及PSQI评分均低于干预前，且观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P＜0.05）。结论：同步激励理论结合精细面部护理能够改善面部烧伤患者的不良心理状态，提高其希望水平，改善其 伤残接受度及歧视感，改善其疼痛情况并能提高睡眠质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the curative effect of synchronous incentive theory combined with fine facial nursing on patients undergoing facial burn repair and its influences on disability acceptance, discrimination sense and hope level. Methods A total of 98 patients undergoing facial burn repair in the hospital were enrolled between January 2018 and December 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (n=49) and the control group (n=49). The control group was given fine facial nursing, while the observation group was additionally given synchronous incentive theory. The psychological resilience (CD-RISC), disability acceptance (AODS), discrimination sense, hope level, scores of VAS and PSQI were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, scores of toughness, strength and optimism in both groups were increased, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of AODS and hope level in both groups were increased, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of discrimination sense, VAS and PSQI in both groups were decreased, and the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Synchronous incentive theory combined with fi ne facial nursing can improve poor psychological state, hope level, disability acceptance, discrimination sense, pain and sleep quality in patients undergoing facial burn repair
