摘要:
目的：探讨外科牵引术联合桩冠修复对前牙龈下牙体缺损美学效果及功能的影响。方法：选择2016年5月-2018年 9月在笔者医院进行前牙龈下牙体缺损修复的126例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组。对 照组采用牙冠延长术联合桩冠修复治疗，研究组采用外科牵引术联合桩冠修复治疗。治疗6个月后，比较分析两组患者的 临床疗效、红白美学指数、咬合功能以及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，研究组牙周探诊深度（Periodontal pocket depth,PPD）、牙龈指数（Gingival index,GI）以及牙齿松动度（Tooth mobility,TM）明显低于对照组，两组比较 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组白色美学标准（White esthetic score,WES）指数、红色美学标准（Pink esthetic score,PES）指数、最大力紧咬合状态（ICP-MC）以及习惯咬合状态（ICP-HB）显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率（7.94%）显著低于对照组（22.22%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结 论：外科牵引术联合桩冠修复对前牙龈下牙体缺损患者进行修复，疗效显著，能够较好地恢复患者美观度及咬合功能，同时 安全性较高，值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical traction combined with post crown restoration on the aesthetics and function of subgingival tooth defect, and provide relevant reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 126 patients with subgingival tooth defect repair in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with crown lengthening combined with crown restoration, and the research group was treated with surgical traction combined with post-restor repair. After 6 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, red and white aesthetic index, occlusion function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PPD, TM and GI of the research group were significantly lower than the control group, the two groups comparison were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the research group WES index, PES index, ICP-MC myoelectric value and ICP-HB myoelectric value were significantly higher than the control group, the two groups comparison were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group (7.94%) was significantly higher than the control group (22.22%), the two groups comparison were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Surgical traction combined with post-crown repair for the treatment of Subgingival tooth defect repair is effective. It can restore the patient’s aesthetics and occlusion function, and it is safe, it is worth promoting in clinical.
