Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of aesthetic and socioeconomic factors on the willingness of minimally invasive treatment of joint surgery patients. Methods Taked 216 patients undergoing joint surgery in our hospital from August 2020 to February 2021 as the research object, a self-made general information questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. According to the intention of minimally invasive treatment, they were divided into the willing group and the unwilling group. The demographic characteristics, aesthetic factors, socioeconomic factors, etc. of the two groups were compared, and the logistic regression model was used to analyze the relevant factors that affect the willingness of minimally invasive treatment of joint surgery patients. Results 2 cases were excluded from 216 patients and 214 cases were finally included. 164 cases were willing to receive minimally invasive treatment, accounting for 76.64%. 50 cases were unwilling to receive minimally invasive treatment, accounting for 23.36%. There was no significant difference between the two groups in body mass index, marital status, previous joint surgery history, family economic level, occupation, source of expenses, cultural background, attention to postoperative quality of life and fear of postoperative recurrence (P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in age, gender, social support, health knowledge sources, doctors’ recommendation for minimally invasive surgery and attention to aesthetics (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age (OR=0.941, P=0.004), internet of health knowledge sources (OR=4.468, P=0.002), doctors’ recommendation for minimally invasive surgery (OR=2.493, P=0.014), attention to aesthetics (OR=2.365, P=0.019) and social support (OR=1.063, P=0.045) were independent influencing factors of minimally invasive treatment for patients with joint surgery. Conclusion Age, social support, health knowledge comes from the internet, doctors’ recommendation for minimally invasive surgery and aesthetics are related factors that affect the willingness of joint surgery patients to treat minimally invasively.
