摘要:
目的：分析基于“画框”美学理念的改良眶隔脂肪释放法矫正上睑凹陷的美学效果。方法：选取2017年8月-2020年9 月于笔者医院收治的110例上睑凹陷就医者，根据数字表法随机分为对照组（自体颗粒脂肪移植）和观察组（基于“画框” 美学理念的改良眶隔脂肪释放法）各55例，比较两组就医者的临床疗效、美学效果（画框面积）、上睑凹陷分级情况 和满意度以及并发症。结果：术后半年，观察组有效率为92.73%，高于对照组的76.36%（P＜0.05）；观察组术后不同 时间（1个月、3个月、6个月）画框面积均少于对照组（P＜0.05）；组内手术前后上睑凹陷分级比较，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；观察组就医者的满意度为96.36%，高于对照组的81.82%（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为5.45%， 低于对照组的18.18%（P＜0.05）。结论：基于“画框”美学理念的改良眶隔脂肪释放法矫正上睑凹陷，疗效好，美学效果 佳，就医者满意度高，并发症少。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of modified orbital septum fat transposition based on Benslimane’s Frame Concept on correcting upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 110 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted tothe hospital were enrolled between August 2017 and September 2020. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group (autologous granular fat graft) and observation group (modified orbital septum fat transposition based on Benslimane’s Frame Concept), 55 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect, aesthetic effect (frame area), grading of upper eyelid depression, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results At six months after surgery, the response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (92.73% vs 76.36%, P＜0.05). At 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after surgery, frame areas in observation group were smaller than those in control group (P＜0.05). The differences in the grading of upper eyelid depression between the two groups before and after surgery were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (96.36% vs 81.82%, P＜0.05), and incidence of complications was lower than that in control group (5.45% vs 18.18%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of modified orbital septum fat transposition based on Benslimane’s Frame Concept is good on correcting upper eyelid depression, with good aesthetic effect, high patients satisfaction and few complications.
