摘要:

目的：探讨数字化微笑设计（Digital smile design,DSD）配合全瓷贴面技术在前牙修复中的应用效果。方法：选取 笔者医院进行前牙美容修复的96例患者为研究对象，其中48例采用DSD配合全瓷贴面技术进行前牙修复（DSD组）、另外48例 采用常规全瓷贴面技术修复（常规组）；对比两组患者修复美学效果、牙周健康指标及患者对修复的满意度。结果：修复后 1个月观察，DSD组患者的边缘适合性优于常规组（P＜0.05），两组完整性、牙龈健康程度、颜色匹配度、牙敏感状况差异 无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；修复后12个月观察，DSD组患者的边缘适合性、完整性优于常规组（P＜0.05），两组牙龈健康 程度、颜色匹配度、牙敏感状况差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在修复前，两组的牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、龈沟液 量、菌斑指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；修复后12个月观察，DSD组患者的牙周探诊深度、龈沟液量低于常规组 （P＜0.05）；对于修复治疗的满意度，DSD组优于常规组且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：DSD配合全瓷贴面技术在 前牙修复中的应用较常规全瓷贴面修复具有更好的美学效果，对于牙周健康更有利。

Abstract:

Objective Discuss the application eff ect of digital smile design (DSD) combined with all-ceramic veneer technology in anterior teeth restoration. Methods A clinical study was conducted on 96 patients undergoing cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital. Among them, 48 patients used DSD combined with all-ceramic veneer technology for anterior tooth restoration (DSD group), and the other 48 cases were restored with conventional all-ceramic veneer technology (conventional group). Compare the aesthetic effects of restoration, periodontal health indicators, and patient satisfaction with restoration between the two groups. Results Observed 1 month after restoration, the edge fi tness of the DSD group was better than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05), and there was no signifi cant diff erence in the integrity, gum health, color matching, and tooth sensitivity between the two groups (P＞0.05). Observed 12 months after restoration, the edge fi tness and completeness of the DSD group were better than those of the conventional group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant diff erence in gum health, color matching, and tooth sensitivity between the two groups (P＞0.05). Before restoration, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of periodontal exploration depth, gingival crevicular bleeding index, gingival crevicular fl uid volume, and plaque index (P＞0.05). Observed at 12 months after restoration the depth of periodontal exploration and the amount of gingival crevicular fl uid in the DSD group were lower than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05); the satisfaction of the prosthetic treatment was better than the conventional group in the DSD group and the diff erence was signifi cant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of DSD combined with all-ceramic veneer technology in the restoration of anterior teeth has a better aesthetic eff ect than conventional all-ceramic veneers, and is more benefi cial to periodontal health.
