摘要:
目的:探讨眉毛移植术前眉形设计的培训方法,提高医师的眉形设计能力。方法:选取空军军医大学第一附属医院住 院医师16名,随机分为两组。实验组8名,未从事过眉毛移植手术;对照组8名,从事眉毛移植手术2年。分别对两组学员进 行2学时的眉形设计理论教学和8学时的模拟操作培训。要求学员掌握男(女)性标准眉形的确定标准,并于培训前、理论培 训后、操作培训后分别对两组学员进行眉形设计考核,计算两组学员的考核成绩,比较实验组和对照组学员培训前后平均成 绩的差异。结果:实验组培训前与培训后考核成绩比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);培训前两组男(女)性标准眉形 设计的考试成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);理论培训后,两组考核成绩比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);操 作培训后,两组考试成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经过累计10学时的培训,实验组学员与培训前相比眉 形设计的成绩显著提高,可达到或接近有眉毛移植手术经验医师的水平。通过理论授课结合模拟操作练习的培训模式,可使 学员掌握标准眉形的确定标准,提高其眉形设计的能力。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the training method of eyebrow design before eyebrow transplantation and to improve the eyebrow design ability of doctors. Methods Sixteen doctors in the First Affi liated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (n=8) had no experience in eyebrow transplantation, while the control group (n=8) had two years of experience in eyebrow transplantation. The two groups of students were given two class hours of eyebrow design theory teaching and eight class hours of simulated operation training respectively, requiring students to master the criteria for determining the standard brow shape of male (female) sex. The eyebrow design of the two groups was examined before training, after the theoretical training and after the operation training, the examination results of the two groups were calculated, and the diff erences of the average scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after training were calculated. Results There was signifi cant diff erence in the examination results of the experimental group before and after training (P<0.01). There were signifi cant diff erences in the test scores of male (female) standard eyebrow design between the experimental group and the control group before training (P<0.01). After the theoretical training, there was signifi cant diff erence in the examination results between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01). After the operation training, there was no signifi cant diff erence in the examination results between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion After a total of 10 class hours of training, the performance of eyebrow design in the experimental group is signifi cantly higher than that before training, which can reach or close to the level of experienced doctors in eyebrow transplantation. Through the training mode of theoretical teaching combined with simulation operation practice, the students can master the standard of determining the standard eyebrow shape, so as to improve their eyebrow design ability.
