摘要:: 目的：探讨自制引流夹在整形外科术后各部位引流管固定中的临床效果。方法：选取2021年9月-2021年12月在陆军军医大学第一附属医院实施整形外科手术后留置空针引流管的117例患者作为研究对象，按照住院顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取传统3M胶带方法固定，观察组采用自制引流夹方法固定。比较两组引流管固定和松解时间及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者引流管固定及松解时间均短于对照组，患者总满意率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：与传统3M胶带固定方法相比，自制引流夹固定方法方便操作，可节省护理人员每次更换时间，提高临床护理工作效率，且能提高患者满意度，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of self-made drainage clamp in fi xing drainage tubes in various parts after plastic surgery. Methods A total of 117 patients with empty needle drainage tube after plastic surgery in the First Affi liated Hospital of Army Military Medical University from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization. The control group was fi xed by traditional 3M tape method, and the observation group was fi xed by self-made drainage clamp method. The fi xation and release time of drainage tube and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The fi xation and release time of drainage tube in observation group were shorter than that in control group, and the total satisfaction rate of patients was higher than that in control group, with statistical signifi cance (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional 3M adhesive tape fi xation method,the self-made drainage clamp fi xation method is easy to operate,saves the nursing staff each time to change,enhances the clinical nursing work effi ciency,and can enhance the patient satisfaction,which is worth popularizing in the clinical application.
