摘要:

目的：探讨镜像理论指导下的康复护理模式在断指再植患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年1月-2021 年12月于笔者医院接受断指再植术治疗的150例患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=75）和观察组（n=75）。对照组 术后接受常规康复训练，观察组在常规康复训练基础上结合镜像理论指导下康复护理，比较两组再植指感觉功能分级、 Michigan 手功能评估量表（Michigan hand outcome questionnaire，MHQ）评分、静态两点辨别觉（Static two-point discrimination，S2PD）以及医学应对方式量表（Medical coping modes questionnaire，MCMQ）评分。结果：术后3个 月，观察组面对维度得分高于对照组（P＜0.05），回避、屈服维度得分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后6个月，观察组再植 指感觉功能分级优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组MHQ量表的外观、日常活动、工作情况、满意度和总体功能维度评分均高于 对照组（P＜0.05），观察组再植指S2PD低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：镜像理论指导下的康复护理模式能够促进再植指功 能恢复，可调整患者心理状态，使患者更积极的面对疾病，患者满意度高，值得在临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of mirror theory on functional recovery and copying styles in patients after replantation of severed finger. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing replantation of severed fi nger in the hospital were enrolled between January 2018 and December 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group (n=75) and observation group (n=75).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while observation group was additionally given rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of mirror theory.The sensory function grading of replantation fi ngers,score of michigan hand outcomes questionnaire (MHQ),static two-point discrimination (S2PD) and medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after operation, the scores of face dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05), and the scores of avoidance and yield dimension were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After 6 months, the observation group replantation refers to feeling function classifi cation is better than that of control group (P＜0.05), the appearance of the observation group MHQ scale, daily activities, performance, satisfaction and overall function dimension score were higher than control group (P＜0.05), the observation group replantation refers to S2PD is lower than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing model under the guidance of mirror theory can promote the functional recovery of replantation fi nger, adjust the psychological state of patients, make patients face the disease more actively, and have high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
