摘要:: 目的：观察保留部分包皮的阴蒂肥大缩小整形术的手术效果，并对阴蒂肥大缩小整形术的手术策略进行分析。方法： 2009 年1月-2022年12月，笔者对8例阴蒂肥大患者采用保留阴蒂背侧神经血管束并保留阴蒂9点钟至3点钟方向部分包皮的方法，用背部正中、冠状沟以远半圆形皮瓣形成新阴蒂的阴蒂头。结果：8例患者术后切口均一期愈合，无感染、血肿、阴蒂坏死等并发症。术后随访3个月～1年，患者均对阴蒂外形满意，阴蒂感觉良好，无过度敏感、勃起疼痛症状，2例成年患者婚后可正常性生活。结论：对阴蒂肥大患者采用保留阴蒂背侧神经血管束并保留阴蒂部分包皮的手术方法，能避免术后阴蒂直接受到摩擦，可保留术后阴蒂感觉及作为性器官的功能，患者满意度高。?/html>

Abstract:: Objective To observe the surgical eff ect of reduction plastic surgery for hypertrophic clitoris with partial prepuce preservation,and to analyze the surgical strategy of reduction plastic surgery for clitoris hypertrophy. Methods From January 2009 to December 2022,8 patients with clitoris hypertrophy were treated with the method of preserving the dorsal neurovascular bundle of the clitoris and retaining part of the prepuce at the 9 o’clock to 3 o’clock position of the clitoris. The clitoral glans of the new clitoris was formed with the dorsal median and distal semicircular fl ap of the coronal sulcus. Results The incisions of 8 patients healed in one stage after operation,and there were no complications such as infection,hematoma,and clitoral necrosis. After 3 months to 1 year of follow- up,all patients were satisfi ed with the appearance and sensation of clitoris,without excessive sensitivity and erectile pain. Two adult patients could have normal sexual life after marriage. Conclusion For patients with clitoral hypertrophy,the surgical method of preserving the dorsal neurovascular bundle of clitoris and partial prepuce of clitoris can avoid direct friction of clitoris after operation,retain the sensation of clitoris and its function as a sexual organ after operation,and the satisfaction of patients is high.
