摘要:

目的：探讨芪参补气活血养颜汤联合Q开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗女性黄褐斑的美学效果。方法：选取笔者医院2019年1 月-2022年1月收治的80例黄褐斑女性作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组42例（采用芪参补气活血养颜汤联合Q开 关Nd∶YAG 1 064 nm激光治疗）和对照组38例（采用Q开关Nd∶YAG 1 064 nm激光治疗）。观察两组的临床疗效，中医症状积 分，皮肤状况，黄褐斑面积及颜色，不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率为97.62%，高于对照组患者的 84.21% （P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者情绪低落、胸胁胀痛、经行乳胀、口苦咽干等上述中医症状积分均低于对照组患者 （P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组黑素指数、红斑指数及皱纹指数均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组黄褐斑面积及颜色 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的总不良反应发生率与对照组患者比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论：芪参补气活血养颜汤联合Q开关Nd∶YAG1 064 nm激光能够提高黄褐斑治疗的临床疗效，改善患者临床症状，改善皮肤 状况，减少黄褐斑面积及颜色，安全性较高，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the aesthetic eff ect of Qishen Buqi Huoxue Yangyan decoction combined with Q-switched Nd ︰YAG laser in the treatment of female chloasma. Methods A total of 80 female patients with chloasma admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group (42 cases, Qishen Buqi Huoxue Yangyan decoction combined with Q-switched Nd ︰YAG laser therapy) and control group (38 cases, Q-switched Nd︰YAG laser therapy). The clinical efficacy, TCM symptoms scores, skin condition, chloasma area and color, and incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the total eff ective rate in the observation group was 97.62%, which was higher than 84.21% in the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms such as emotional depression, chest and fl ank pain, mammary swelling during menstruation, and bitter mouth and dry throat in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment, the melanin index, erythema index and wrinkle index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The chloasma area score and color score in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, there was no diff erence in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P ＞0.05) . Conclusion Qishen Buqi Huoxue Yangyan decoction combined with Q-switched Nd ︰YAG laser can enhance the clinical effi cacy, improve the clinical symptoms, improve the skin condition, and reduce the chloasma area and color in patients with chloasma, with high safety.
