摘要:
目的：探究数字化间接粘接技术在矫治恒牙牙颌畸形中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2019年6月-2021年6月笔者医院 就诊的184例恒牙牙颌畸形患者作为观察对象，采用区组随机化法分为观察组和对照组，每组92例。对照组采用传统矫治 方法，观察组使用数字化间接粘接技术矫治。比较治疗12个月后两组患者的矫正效果、美观效果，比较治疗前和治疗12 个月后两组的咀嚼功能（咬合力、咀嚼效率）、牙周健康[菌斑软垢指数（Debris index，DI）、牙石指数（Calculus index，CI）、菌斑指数（Plaque index，PLI）]变化情况。结果：治疗12个月后，观察组牙齿排列情况、边缘嵴高、咬 合关系、邻接关系、牙根平行度异常程度评分均显著低于对照组，牙排整齐、后牙咬合力、前牙覆盖率均显著高于对照组 （均P＜0.05）；治疗12个月后，两组咬合力、咀嚼效率均明显提高，且观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），DI、CI、PLI 均明显降低，且观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对于恒牙牙颌畸形患者，在矫治中应用数字化间接粘接技术可 兼顾口腔功能及美观效果，值得临床推广。?/html>
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical eff ect of digital indirect bonding technique in the correction treatment of permanent teeth malocclusion. Methods 184 patients with permanent teeth malocclusion who were treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by the block randomization method, with 92 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional correction method, and the observation group was given digital indirect bonding technique for correction treatment. The correction eff ect and aesthetic eff ect after 12 months of treatment and changes in masticatory function (occlusal force, masticatory effi ciency) and periodontal health [ debris index (DI), calculus index (CI), plaque index (PLI)] before treatment and after 12 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 months of treatment, the scores of tooth alignment, marginal ridge height, occlusal relationship, adjacent relationship and abnormal degree of root parallelism in observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in control group, while the orderly teeth, occlusal force of posterior teeth and anterior overjet rate were signifi cantly higher than those in control group (all P ＜0.05). The occlusal force and masticatory effi ciency in the two groups were signifi cantly improved after 12 months of treatment, and the two indicators in observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in control group (P ＜0.05). The DI, CI and PLI were signifi cantly decreased, and the three indicators in observation group were signifi cantly lower compared with those in control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion For patients with permanent teeth malocclusion, digital indirect bonding technique can achieve both oral function and aesthetic eff ect, thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.
