摘要:

目的：探究生物功能性修复系统（Biofunctional prosthetic system，BPS）制作吸附性义齿对全口无牙颌患者的修复 效果，以及对患者咀嚼功能和语言能力的影响。方法：回顾性选取2019年1月-2022年3月上海交通大学医学院苏州九龙医院口 腔科收治的73例全口无牙颌患者的临床资料，根据治疗方式的不同进行分组：对照组38例，采用传统全口义齿修复；观察组 35例，采用BPS方式制作的吸附性义齿进行治疗，比较两组修复效果、咀嚼效能、语言能力及患者满意度。结果：观察组双 侧颞肌与咬肌的肌电值不对称指数均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组左右两侧位移最大值、最大水平向后位移、前伸位 移最大值显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），其余指标比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组咀嚼效能吸光度值显著高于对 照组（P＜0.05）；观察组咬合力显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者语言能力比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察 组稳定性、美观度、舒适度、咀嚼情况满意度评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：BPS修复方式制作的吸附性义齿应 用于全口无牙颌患者中较传统全口义齿修复效果显著，可改善患者咀嚼效能且患者满意度高，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the restoration eff ect of suction-eff ective dentures made by the Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS) on edentulous patients, and the impact on their masticatory efficiency and language competence. Methods The clinical data of 73 edentulous patients who were admitted to Suzhou Kowloon Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University from January 2019 to March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods. 38 patients in the control group were treated with conventional complete denture restoration, while 35 patients in the observation group were treated with suction-eff ective dentures made by BPS. The restoration eff ect, masticatory effi ciency, language and patient satisfaction competence were compared between the two groups. Results The asymmetry index of bilateral temporal and masseter muscles in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The maximum left and right displacement, maximum horizontal backward displacement and maximum forward displacement in the observation group were signifi cantly greater than those in the control group (P＜0.05), but there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the other indicators (P＞0.05). The absorbance value of masticatory effi ciency in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Bite force of the observation group was signifi cantly greater than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in language competence between the two groups (P＞0.05). The observation group had significantly higher satisfaction scores than the control group in terms of stability, aesthetics, comfort level, and mastication (P<0.05). Conclusion The suction-effective denture made by BPS is eff ective in restoration for edentulous patients. It can improve the patient’s masticatory effi ciency and satisfaction.
