探究三维(Three dimensiona,3D)打印技术辅助自体肋软骨移植术对中重度杯状耳畸形的作用。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年12月遂宁市中心医院收治的72例行自体肋软骨移植术的中重度杯状耳患者,根据耳模制作方法分为标准耳模组(n=36,二维标准耳模术)和3D建模组(n=36,3D打印技术)。比较两组再造耳廓形态、心理状态、并发症、美学效果及模型应用效果差异。结果:3D组术后6个月再造耳廓轮廓、对称性、颅耳角和亚解剖结构还原度评分均高于标准组,两组再造耳廓大小和位置评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后焦虑、抑郁、偏执、恐惧及自卑评分均较术前降低,且3D建模组低于标准耳膜组(P<0.05)。3D组并发症发生率低于标准组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3D组美学效果及模型应用效果评分显著高于标准组,两组稳定性评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印辅助自体肋软骨移植术治疗中重度杯状耳可帮助耳精细结构重建,改善患者心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高美学效果满意度,对于更好地实施耳廓再造术意义重大。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical application of eight-angle photography of auricula for auricular malformation repairing. Methods From December 2019 to February 2021,57 patients who underwent auricle deformity reconstruction were selected as the research objects. eight-angle photography (①anteposition ②45°oblique position of the left ③left lateral ④45° oblique position behind the left ear ⑤retroposition ⑥45° oblique position behind the right ear ⑦right lateral ⑧45°oblique position of the right),photographer being 1.2 m apart from patient was applied to collect pictureinformation.Photos were taken before surgery,after taking out stitches and one month,three months,half a year and one year after surgery. Results 57 patients all underwent surgery successfully,and obtained follow-up visit.Picture information was collected by using eight-angle photography of auricula and was preserved in their own fi le.Patients evaluated the recovery extent of their auricula with doctors when they came back for subsequent visit.The continuity and consistency refl ect the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment truthfully and objectively. Conclusion Eight-angle photography of auricula is easy to operate and convenient in clinical application,which has a positive eff ect on collecting picture information in the process of diagnosis and treatment of auricular malformation repairing,increasing patients’ satisfaction and clinical teaching and scientifi c research
