[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植联合假体隆乳术在哺乳后乳腺萎缩就医者胸部整形术中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年
4月-2017年6月于本院行胸部整形的184例哺乳后乳腺萎缩就医者为研究对象，应用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各92
例。对照组行假体隆乳术，观察组行自体脂肪颗粒移植联合假体隆乳术。评价两组就医者手术安全性，并对比治疗6个月后
两组就医者乳房美观程度及生活质量改善情况。结果：两组就医者术后手术部位轻度感染、脂肪液化、包膜挛缩、假体移位
等并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗后6个月，两组就医者乳房美观程度均明显好于治疗前，观察
组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组就医者在生活质量各维度评分均高于治疗前，观察组高于对照组，差
异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在哺乳后乳腺萎缩就医者胸部整形术中应用自体脂肪颗粒移植联合假体隆乳术治疗效
果显著，安全性高，可有效提高就医者乳房美观程度，改善其生活质量。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of autologous fat particle transplantation combined with prosthesis complex
augmentation mammoplasty in breast reconstruction of breast atrophy patients after breast-feeding. Methods 184 patients
with breast atrophy after breast-feeding in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All
the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 92 cases
in each group. The patients in the control group were given prosthetic breast augmentation surgery, and the patients in the
observation group were treated with autologous fat particle transplantation combined with prosthesis complex augmentation.
The safety of the two groups was evaluated, and the degree of breast enhancement and quality of life were compared
between the two groups after 6 months of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of
complications such as mild infection, liquefaction, capsular contracture and prosthesis displacement in the two groups after
operation(P ＞0.05). The breast appearance of both groups was significantly better than that before treatment after 6 months,
and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). And the
scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference between the two groups
was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Breast atrophy breast-feeding augmentation mammoplasty application
of autologous fat particle transplantation combined prosthesis complex augmentation treatment of significant effect, safe, can
effectively improve the degree of breast beauty and improve patient quality of life.
