摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨应用自体颗粒脂肪移植促进手部年轻化的效果。方法：2016年3月-2016年12月12例女性就医者接受了自体
颗粒脂肪移植手部年轻化手术，其中11例为双侧注射，1例为单侧，术前、术中及术后均拍摄标准化照片，对就医者进行效
果满意度评分。结果：术后随访3～12个月，12例就医者的手部肤质和轮廓均得到明显改善，术后无感染、脂肪液化和囊肿
等并发症出现，就医者对术后效果均感到满意。结论：自体颗粒脂肪移植可有效改善手部皮肤肤质和轮廓，效果满意。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of autologous fat grafting in hand rejuvenation. Methods Twelve female patients
accepted autologous fat grafting in hand from March 2016 to December 2016, of whom 11 patients received bilateral autologous
fat grafting, one patient was unilateral. Standardized photographs were taken before, during, and after the operation, and the
patients’ satisfaction was evaluated. Results All patients were followed up 3 to 12 months, the skin texture and contour of the
hands of 12 patients were obviously improved. And no infection, fat liquefaction, cysts and other complications occurred. All
patients were satisfied with the effect. Conclusion This is a simple and satisfactory method in improving the skin texture and
contour of the hand.
