摘要:
[摘要]目的：评估保留下颌骨下缘的成釉细胞瘤游离髂骨移植重建板固定的临床疗效。方法：25例下颌骨成釉细胞瘤患者，
采用保留下颌骨下缘，游离髂骨移植重建板固定,术后追踪评估临床疗效。结果：25例患者术后面型无明显改变，移植骨与
下颌骨结合良好，未出现病理性骨折，下颌骨高度恢复良好；坚持追踪随访，无复发；术后采用活动义齿或种植义齿修复咬
合，咀嚼功能良好。结论：保留下颌骨下缘的成釉细胞瘤游离髂骨移植重建板固定，术后患者面容畸形影响较小，利于咀嚼
功能修复，不增加肿瘤的复发，是一种行之有效的手术方式。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical application of free iliac bone graft and reconstructive plate fixation in treatment
of ameloblastoma by retaining mandibular margin. Methods 25 patients with mandibular ameloblastoma was treated by
using extended resection, free iliac bone graft and reconstructive plate fixation, and the margin of mandible was retained.
The postoperative clinical effect was followed up and evaluated. Results 25 patients’faces unchanged obviously, the graft
bone was well combined with the mandible. After long-term follow-up, there was no pathological fracture, and the mandible
height recovered well.The masticatory function recovered well by removeable denture or implant denture. Conclusion It is
an effective method for mandibular ameloblastoma to retain the margin of mandible by free iliac bone graft and reconstructive
plate fixation.
