摘要:
[摘要]色素性毛表皮痣是以皮肤褐色斑片伴毛发生长为特点的色素性皮肤病，作为损容性皮肤病的一种，严重影响患者的皮
肤外观及心理健康。其发病机制尚不十分明确，既往研究认为可能与雄激素及其受体相关，近年来有学者提出染色体突变和
遗传可能也参与了发病。在治疗上主要包括手术切除后植皮、液氮、化学磨削以及近年来提出的光电治疗等，但其复发率高
给治疗带来了一定难度。因此，本文就色素性毛表皮痣近年来的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:

Abstract: Becker nevus is a form of acquired hyperpigmentation predominantly characterized by hairy skin with brown patches.
This discosmetic dermatosis severely affects the skin appearance and even the mental health of patients’. Androgens and its
receptors are possibly involved in the progression of Becker nevus, but the pathogenesis is not clear yet. Recent studies show
that chromosome mutations and inheritance may also play an important role in the disease progression. Surgical removal and
skin graft, liquid nitrogen or chemical grinding, and laser treatment are normally used in the treatment of this disease. However,
the high recurrence makes it difficult to be cured. Therefore, in this review, we discussed the research progress published in
recent years, and eventually we would be able to provide more information for further research of Becker nevus.
