[摘要]目的：探讨眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正上睑凹陷的临床应用及美学效果。方法：选择2016年7月-2017年7月本院
收治的100例上睑凹陷患者随机分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组给予传统眼睑肌瓣矫正术治疗，观察组给予
眼轮匝肌瓣联合眶隔脂肪瓣矫正术治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗满意度。结果：治疗后，观察组患者重睑线自
然流畅，上睑凹陷明显改善，美学效果显著提高。观察组总有效率为94.0%显著高于对照组的78.0%，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）；观察组总满意度为96.0%明显高于对照组的78.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：眼轮匝肌瓣联合
眶隔脂肪瓣矫正上睑凹陷效果显著，可明显提高患者满意度及美学效果，值得在临床中应用推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study clinical application and esthetic effect in patients with sunken upper eyelid by orbicularis muscle
?ap combined with septum orbitale fat flap method. Methods 100 cases of patients with sunken upper eyelid were divided
into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). The control group was given traditional blepharoplasty
while the observation group was received orbicularis muscle flap combined with septum orbitale fat flap. The treatment effect
and satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the eyelid line of the patients in
the observation group was naturally smooth, the upper eyelid depression improved significantly, and the aesthetic effect was
significantly improved. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that
of the control group(78.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation
group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.0%). Conclusion Orbicularis oculi muscle
flap combined with orbital septal fat flap to correct the upper eyelid depression effect is significant, can significantly improve
patient satisfaction and aesthetic effect, improve patient quality of life, it is worth in the clinical application.
