摘要:

[摘要]目的：观察盐酸米诺环素联合复方甘草酸苷序贯强脉冲光（intense pulsed light，IPL）治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型
玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将入选的106例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者通过随机分组分为对照组及治疗
组，每组53例。对照组予以口服盐酸米诺环素及复方甘草酸苷治疗1个月；治疗组予以口服盐酸米诺环素联合复方甘草酸苷
治疗1个月，停药1周后，采取IPL治疗，每2周1次，连续治疗3次。结果：治疗结束时，治疗组显效率73.6%，对照组显效率
50.9%，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：盐酸米诺环素联合复方甘草酸苷序贯强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮优于单独采用口服
药物治疗，且安全性好，疗效确切，临床效果满意。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline hydrochloride combined with Compound
Glycyrrhizin (intense pulsed light, IPL) in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Methods 106 cases of erythema
telangiectasia rosacea patients were randomly divided into the control and the treatment group, with each group had 53 cases.
The control group was treated with oral minocycline hydrochloride and Compound Glycyrrhizin for one month. While the
treatment group received the same medicine with the control group for one month. One week later, the treatment group received
3 times of IPL treatment ,every 2 weeks once. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 73.6 percent, andthe control
group was 50.9percent.It shows the statistical difference between the two groups(P ＜0.05). Conclusion There were significant
differences between the two groups.
