[摘要]目的：探讨即刻种植术后即刻修复与延期修复的美学效果。方法：选择2012年3月-2015年3月收治的因牙缺损具备种
植即刻种植牙指征的患者52例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组26例。两组患者均给予即刻种植牙GBR技术种植
治疗，观察组种植后予以即刻修复，而对照组种植后予以延期修复。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及整形美学效果。结
果：观察组有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的96.15%，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；红色、白色美学和ISQ评分观察组
明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：即刻种植术后即刻修复的美学效果明显优于延期修复，疗效确
切，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of immediate and delayed restoration after immediately implant dentals.
Methods From March 2015 to March 2012, 52 cases of patients with immediate implant tooth indications due to tooth defect
were treated in our hospital, according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,
the corresponding random Numbers was an even number as the observation group, an odd number for a control, 26 cases
in each group. Two groups of patients were given immediate GBR technique treatment implants, observation group shall
be immediately repair after planting, and the control group after planting delay repair. Compare the clinical curative effect
of two groups of patients after treatment, cosmetic aesthetic effect. Results Observation group treatment effective rate of
100.00%,96.15% higher than the control group, there was no statistically significant difference (P ＞0.05). Red,white aesthetics
and ISQ score was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Dental implants
