摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨耳廓瘢痕疙瘩切除术联合多磺酸粘多糖对耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的治疗效果。方法：选择2007年3月-2017年11月
笔者医院收治的114例耳廓瘢痕疙瘩患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组57例。两组均实施耳
廓瘢痕疙瘩切除术，观察组在此基础上配合使用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏，2次/d。比较两组临床疗效、瘢痕病灶温哥华瘢痕量表
（Vancouver scar scale，VSS）评分以及复发和感染发生情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率为87.71%，明显高于对照组的
75.44%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后1、6个月的VSS评分较治疗前明显下降，观察组优于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组患者的感染和复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：耳廓瘢痕疙瘩切除术配
合多磺酸粘多糖可明显提高临床疗效，减少复发和感染率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe and analyze the effect of auricle keloid resection combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate
on auricular keloid. Methods A total of 114 patients with auricle keloids treated in our hospital from March 2007 to November
2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number
table, 57 cases in each group. The patients underwent auricle keloid incision according to different conditions of auricle scar. The
patients in the observation group were treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream after operation, twice daily. The clinical
curative effect, scarring scars of vancouver scar scale (VSS) score, relapse and infection rate of the two groups were observed
and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 87.71%, significantly higher than that of the control group
(75.44%), the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The VSS scores of the two groups at 1 and 6 months after treatment
were significantly lower than those before treatment, the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05). There was
no significant difference in the infection rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion Auricular keloid
resection combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the
recurrence and infection rate, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
