摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨射频治疗联合无针水光注射在面部年轻化中的应用并分析其疗效。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年6月笔者医
院收治的64例面部老化就医者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组32例。对照组应用射频治疗，研究
组在对照组射频治疗的基础上联合无针水光注射治疗。治疗后比较两组的治疗效果。结果：研究组显效率84.37%，有效率为
96.87%，均明显高于对照组的62.5%及90.62%，且差异均具有统计学意义（χ2=4.142，P ＜0.05）；研究组的面部提升、眉部
提升及鼻唇沟提升程度均明显高于对照组，且差异均具有显著性（P＜0.05）；两组均有暂时性红斑和轻度水肿的发生，且不
良反应发生率均为6.24%，两组对比无显著性差异（χ2=1.014，P ＞0.05）；研究组完全满意率达到87.5%，满意率为96.87%，
而对照组的完全满意率为59.38%，满意率为87.5%，研究组明显优于对照组，有显著性差异（χ2=4.029，P ＜0.05）。结论：
射频治疗联合无针水光注射在面部年轻化应用中具有良好的疗效，效果持续时长，安全性高，就医者的满意率较高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate and analysis the efficacy of radiofrequency therapy combined with no needle water injection
in facial rejuvenation patients, and provide reference for clinical application. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,
64 patients with facial aging were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random digital table
method. 32 patients in each group were divided into two groups: control group (n =32) and control group (n =32). The control
group was treated by radiofrequency alone, the study group was treated with light injection without needle and water on the
basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The marked effective rate
of the study group was 84.37%,and the effective rate was 96.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control
group (62.5% and 90.62%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.142,P ＜0.05). the degree of facial elevation,
eyebrow elevation and nasolabial groove elevation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control
group (P ＜0.05). two groups have transient erythema and mild edema, and the adverse reaction rate was 6.24%, no significant
differences between the two groups (χ2=1.014,P ＞0.05);the complete satisfaction rate of the study group reached 87.5% and
the satisfaction rate was 96.87%, while the complete satisfaction rate of the control group was 59.38% and the satisfaction rate
was 87.5%. Compared with the two groups, the study group was obviously better than the control group, the difference was
significant (χ2=4.029,P ＜0.05). Conclusion Radiofrequency therapy combined with needle free light injection has a good
clinical effect in young patients with facial age. The effect is long and the safety is high. It improves the satisfaction rate of
patients and is suitable for clinical application and popularization.
