摘要:
[摘要]A型肉毒毒素（BTX-A）最早应用于眼部肌肉痉挛，发现具有舒展皮肤去除皱纹的功效，目前广泛用于面部年轻化及一
些皮肤病的治疗。病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩，目前还没有满意的治疗方法，影响患者容貌美观并造成极大的心
理困扰，严重者可影响机体的功能和日常生活。经体外和临床研究证明，BTX-A用于病理性瘢痕安全、有效，在预防和早期
治疗方面有明显的优势。本文就近年来BTX-A作用于病理性瘢痕的相关机制和临床研究综述如下。

Abstract:

Abstract: Botulinum toxin type A ( BTX-A) was first used in the treatment of ocular muscle spasm and found to have the
effect of stretching the skin to remove wrinkles. Currently, BTX-A is widely used in the treatment of facial rejuvenation and
some dermatological diseases.Pathological scar,including hypertrophic scars and keloids, causes great trouble to the patient’s
appearance and psychology, severe cases can affect the body’s function and daily life. BTX-A has been used in vitro and in
clinical studies for pathologic scars and has obvious advantages in prevention and early treatment. It has been proven to be safe
and effective. In this paper,mechanism of BTX-A on the pathological scar and clinical studies are reviewed.
