[摘要]目的：评价数字微笑设计(DSD)在前牙美学修复中的临床效果。方法：按照随机数字法将2016年1月-2018年1月来笔
者医院口腔科进行前牙美学修复的66例患者分为对照组和DSD组，每组33例。对照组患者进行常规美学修复，DSD组患者在
常规美学修复后进行数字微笑设计。通过5项美学指标(牙冠形态、牙冠颜色、前牙切缘弧度、龈缘形态及表面个性特征)的
分级来评价临床修复效果，通过对修复体外形、颜色匹配度及舒适度的主观评分来评价患者满意度。结果：两组均无中、
差修复效果的病例发生。DSD组牙冠形态、前牙切缘曲线及龈缘形态的修复效果显著优于对照组(F =9.568、6.012、6.447，
P =0.001、0.030、0.025)，两组牙冠颜色、表面个性特征的修复效果比较，差异无统计学意义(F =0.542、1.247，P =0.436、
0.109)。DSD组患者对修复体外形、舒适度的满意度评分显著高于对照组(t =8.251、6.826，P =0.000、0.000)，两组患者对
颜色匹配度的满意度评分比较，差异无统计学意义(t =1.774，P =0.126)。结论：DSD用于前牙美学修复的效果明显，患者满
意度高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of digital smile design(DSD) in aesthetic repair of anterior teeth. Methods
Sixty-six patients were carried out aesthetic repair of anterior teeth which was divide into control group and DSD group
according to the random number method in the department of stomatology of our hospital from 2016.1 to 2018.1, 33 cases
in each group. The patients were carried out conventional aesthetic repair in control group and the patients were carried out
DSD based on the conventional aesthetic repair in DSD group. The clinical repair efficacy was evaluated by the grading of
five aesthetic indexes(dental crown shape, dental crown colour, anterior teeth incisal edge curve, gingival margin shape and
superficial personality characteristics), the patients’ satisfaction degree was evaluated by subjective scoring on shape, colour
matched-degree and comfort level of prosthesis. Results There was no patients with middle and inferior repair effect in two
groups. The repair effect of dental crown shape, anterior teeth incisal edge curve and gingival margin shape of DSD group was
signficiantly better than that of control group(F =9.568, 6.012, 6.447,P =0.001,0.030, 0.025), there was no statistical significance
on the repair effect of dental crown colour and superficial personality characteristics between two groups(F =0.542, 1.247,
P =0.436,0.109).The satisfaction scores of shape and comfort level of prosthesis of DSD group was signficiantly higher than that
of control group(t =8.251, 6.826, P =0.000, 0.000), there was no statistical significance on satisfaction scores of colour matcheddegree
of prosthesis between two groups(t =1.774, P =0.126).Conclusion The clinical efficacy was obvious of DSD in aesthetic
repair of anterior teeth and the patients’ satisfaction degree was high.
