[摘要]目的：探究优质护理干预联合负压引流技术用于难治性创面的临床效果。方法：以2015年6月-2017年6月在笔者医院
进行难治性创面治疗的96例患者作为研究对象，根据入院时间进行排号，采用随机数字表法分组。两组患者均采用负压引
流技术进行治疗，对照组行常规护理，观察组采用优质护理干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛评分、心理状态及创面
愈合满意度。结果：干预后，两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton
depression scale，HAMD）评分均较干预前降低，且观察组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组临床有效
率为93.75%显著高于对照组的79.17%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的VAS评分、住院时间、住院费用和创面愈合
时间均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的治疗总满意率为91.67%显著高于对照组的66.67%，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：采用优质护理干预联合负压引流技术能够显著提高难治性创面的临床疗效、缩短创面愈
合和住院时间、改善患者心理状态同时能够提高患者恢复满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention combined with vacuum sealing
drainage in the treatment of refractory wounds. Methods Ninety-six patients who had undergone refractory wounds treatment
in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects. The number of patients was assigned according
to the time of admission and grouped by random number method. Two groups of patients were treated by vacuum assisted
drainage. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing intervention.
The clinical efficacy, pain score, psychological state and satisfaction degree of wound healing were compared between the
two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before
intervention, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05).
The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group
(79.17%,P ＜0.05). The VAS score, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and wound healing time in the observation group
were significantly better than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was
91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%,P ＜0.05). Conclusion The use of high quality
nursing intervention combined with negative pressure drainage technology can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of
refractory wound, shorten the wound healing and hospitalization time, improve the patient’s psychological state and improve the
patient’s recovery satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
