摘要:
[摘要]皮肤像人类其他器官一样，随时间而衰老。但又不同于其他器官，影响皮肤衰老的一项重要的环境因素是紫外线辐
射。随着大气臭氧空洞的增加、环境光污染的加重及人们生活水平的提高，大家越来越注重皮肤因光损伤导致的红斑、皱
纹、色沉、弹性减弱等问题。对光老化皮肤的治疗方法则更是目前的研究热点，但因自然光老化是一个十分漫长的过程，所
以有关光老化的实验大多建立在光老化实验动物模型的基础上。因此，建立一个可靠的更接近于人类皮肤自然光老化的模型
具有重要意义。本文就当前光老化的发生机制、光老化模型造模方法、检测标准进展归纳总结如下。

Abstract:
Abstract:Skin,like other human organs, skin anginghappens with time. But different from other organs, an important
environmental factor affecting skin aging is ultraviolet radiation . With the increase of ozone hole in the atmosphere, the
aggravation of environmental light pollution and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more and more
attention to the changes of skin caused by photo damage and photoaging, such as erythema, wrinkles, pigmentation and
elasticity decline. Therefore, the research on the mechanism and treatment of photoaging has become a hot topic. However,
natural photoaging is a long process, so most of the experiments of photoaging is a step after the establishment of the
experimental animal model of photoaging. Therefore, it is important to establish a reliable model closer to the natural
photoaging of human skin. This review mainly summarizedthe mechanism of photoaging, the modeling methods of photoaging,
and the progress of detection standard.
