摘要:
[摘要]自体脂肪移植(AFG)在改善乳腺癌术后的不对称性方面取得了令人满意的临床结果，为常见的整形手术。然而，对这
种术式的肿瘤安全性仍然是争论的一个热点话题，多项实验研究表明脂肪细胞通过内分泌、旁分泌、自分泌途径释放调控因
子，刺激乳腺癌细胞生长，但现有的临床证据并没有明确AFG和癌症复发之间的关系。本文通过系统性回顾实验研究和临床
数据，对自体脂肪移植的肿瘤学安全性进行讨论，并为有移植意愿的患者提出建议。

Abstract:
Abstract:Autologous fat grafting (AFG) or lipofilling has achieved satisfactory clinical results in improving the asymmetry
afterbreast cancer surgery, and it is becoming a commonorthopedictechnique. However, there is debate regarding the
oncologicalsafety and risks of this procedure in breast cancer patients.Several experimental studies have shown that adipose
cells release regulatory factors through endocrine, paracrine andautocrine pathways to stimulate the growth of breast cancer
cells.However,the existing clinical evidence does notclarify the relationship between AFG and cancer recurrence.This
paper,through systematic review of experimental studies and clinical data,discusses the oncological safety of fat transplantation
in breast cancer patients,and makesrecommendations for patients with the intention of lipofilling.
